Privacy

This site collects no personal information. It has no accounts, no sign-up, no contact form, no comments and no uploads — there is nowhere for you to enter anything, and nothing asking you to.

No analytics, no tracking, no advertising

There is no analytics package, no tracking pixel, no advertising network and no third-party script of any kind on these pages. Nobody is being profiled here, by us or by anyone else.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies. It stores exactly one thing in your browser, and only once you use the control that sets it:

• Motion preference. Turning motion off with the header toggle stores pulsar:motion in your browser’s local storage so the setting survives a reload. It never leaves your device, and clearing site data removes it. Until you touch that control, the site follows your operating system’s reduce-motion setting and stores nothing.

Fonts

The typefaces are built into the site and served from the same domain. Your browser makes no request to Google Fonts or any other font host, so no third party sees your address as a result of loading a page here.

Server logs

The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard request logs — IP address, timestamp, the page requested, and the browser’s user-agent string — for a limited period, as every web server does. They are used to keep the site running and to investigate abuse, and are not combined with anything else or used to build a profile.

Pages here link to businessnebula.com.au and to other sites. Once you follow a link, that site’s own privacy practices apply, not this one’s.

Your rights

Australian privacy law gives you rights to access and correct personal information an organisation holds about you. In this site’s case there is, in the ordinary course, nothing to access: it holds no personal information beyond the server logs described above.
