Pulsar is published by Business Nebula. Using this site means accepting these terms. They cover the site; what you may do with the animations themselves is set out separately in the licence.

Relationship to the Business Nebula terms

Business Nebula’s general terms of use apply to this site as part of its wider offering. Where they and this page differ on something specific to Pulsar — the licence, fair use of the catalogue — this page governs. Everything else defers to those terms.

The catalogue changes

Animations are added, revised and occasionally withdrawn. An entry that is withdrawn is archived rather than deleted, and stays readable at its address. Nothing here is a commitment that a given animation will remain in the catalogue, but a copy you have already taken stays licensed to you under the terms in force when you took it.

Availability

The site is provided as it is and as it happens to be available. There is no uptime commitment, and it may be taken down for maintenance or withdrawn entirely with reasonable notice.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site, and do not use it in a way that interferes with anyone else’s use of it. Automated access is addressed in fair use.

Your content

This site has no accounts, no comments and no uploads. It does not ask you for content and has nowhere to put it.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Business Nebula is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and the courts of Australia have jurisdiction over any dispute arising under them.

Changes

These terms may change. The date at the foot of this page is when they last did. Continued use after a change means accepting the revised terms.
