Pulsar is built on other people’s work. This page records what, and under what terms, for the parts that reach your browser or your project.

GSAP

Animations in the motion tier are driven by GSAP, which is published by Webflow and is free for commercial use, including inside component libraries. GSAP is not redistributed under Pulsar’s licence: if you use a motion-tier animation you take GSAP on its own terms, from its own publisher. Every other tier — css and js — has no runtime dependency at all.

Typefaces

This site sets text in Poppins and JetBrains Mono, both under the SIL Open Font Licence. They are built into the site rather than loaded from a font host. They are part of this site’s presentation and are not included in anything you copy from the catalogue.

Build and runtime

The site is a Next.js application, and the catalogue’s tooling uses SVGO, PostCSS, Playwright and Zod, among others. All are open source under their own licences, all run before or behind the page rather than inside it, and none of them ship in an animation you copy.

Pages are served by Vercel. See privacy for what that means for request logs.

The animations

The animations themselves are original work, drawn for this catalogue. They are not traced from, derived from or adapted from another icon set. Where an entry was authored by an AI agent rather than by hand, its origin field records it.
